SIS Punjab Check Vacant Seats for Transfer 2024 – sis.punjab.gov.pk

Punjab Education Department has announced Transfer Round for Teachers. All teachers of PSED can apply for transfers. But they have to check and verify the vacant seats on SIS Punjab. The official website of sis Punjab is https://sis.punjab.gov.pk/.

In the recent update when transfer is open from 19th August there is an issue of seniority number. Each teacher is required to enter his seniority number through the School SIS Tab. But many teachers have no idea about their seniority number.

Teachers can get their notified seniority number from their CEO Office. Only notified seniority number is allowed. SSEs who are on contract can not enter 0 or 00 in their seniority number. There is no number for SSEs as they are not regular.

For sis E-Transfer Rana Sikandar Hayat has directed PITB to make it clear without seniority number. In the next update of sis app this number will not be required.

SIS Punjab Check Vacant Seats for Transfer 2024

Here is the complete method to check the vacancy position in any school. In the sanctioned post section each school is showing the vacant posts. The steps are given below.

First of all you have to visit SIS Punjab Official Website.

You will see different sections on the website. Check the Sanctioned Post and then select your District, Tehsil and School Level. You can also search by EMIS Code of Schools.

• Open your web browser and go to the official SIS Punjab website by entering the URL: sis.punjab.gov.pk.
• Once logged in, look for a tab or link labelled something like “Sanctioned Post”. This could be located in the main menu, a side menu, or within your dashboard area.
• In the vacancies section, you might find various filtering options to help you search for specific post like PST, EST, SST or SS. Use these filters according to your preferences.

Transfer Policy 2024

Govt of Punjab Cabinet Division has approved the Transfer Policy for School Education Department. The current policy for Transfer is approved in August 2024. You can download the transfer policy and get guidance about the transfer applications and process.

Hand Written Application

This application is for the extreme hardship manual submission. You have to submit your application with other documents in the CEO Office of your District.

Distance Certificate for Transfer Applications

If you want to apply due to long distance then you have to attach distance certificate. You can measure your distance through Google Map. After that Add the details in the given certificate and signed it from Headmaster of School and attach with application.

ڈیش بورڈ میں Sanctioned Posts کی آپشن منتخب کریں پھر ضلع ، تحصیل اور دیگر متعلقہ Categories کا انتخاب کریں اور آخر میں Search کی Option کو کلک کریں۔ آپ کے مطلوبہ سکول میں سیٹوں کی تمام تفصیل آپ کے سامنے آ جائے گی۔

ارڈشپ کی بنیادوں پہ تبادلہ جات (جیسا کہ طلاق، بیوگی، جسمانی معذوری، دور دراز تعیناتی اور صحت کے سنگین مسائل) کے لیے درخواست دینے والے تمام اساتذہ سے گزارش ہے کہ وہ اپنی تبادلہ درخواستیں متعلقہ سی اوز کو جمع کروائیں۔ اس عمل میں شفافیت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے، درخواست دہندگان سے گزارش کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ اپنی درخواست کی ایک نقل درج ذیل لنک یا QR کوڈ کے ذریعے اپ لوڈ کریں، جس کا جائزہ میں براہِ راست لوں گا۔
